I love visiting the Kickapoo Valley area. There are so many gems to behold.
If your coming in the summer, don't miss this seasonally-opened family-owned gem of a bar. It's unlike any other. Note: they serve grilled dinners on Saturday night only, but food requires a reservation.
Joe, Le Ann, and their children are so welcoming! I love sitting at the bar listening to Joe's stories, and he has one for just about every occassion.
I make it to this area only about once a year, twice if I'm lucky. If I'm really lucky I get the opportunity to have a few at this establishment. Can't wait to be back again.
